I am currently using paypal and never had any dispute since last 1 year so is that an advantage?

traditional merchant services do not consider paypal a creditable source of “respectability and ethics”.
you will find it hard to get an account – US based merchant services shy away from businesses in Black List countries due to high rates of fraud, money laundering, drug traffic and such
India is on that list
talk to HSBC it is a bank from abroad, they do loans, big a nd small.
