applied for a credit card online, but never got it in the mail?

i applied for a capital one card, but i still have not received it, how do i contact them. when i call customer service, they want my credit card number before i can move on. obviously i don’t know my credit card number. how do i contact them?

    Try e-mailing them!
    If you telephone them – when they ask for your card number, ask to speak to the supervisor & then explain.

    How long ago did you apply? With Cap One I believe that you should have gotten a confirmation number, but, I could be off with that, if you applied more than 2 weeks ago and didn’t get the card or a letter of declination than there maybe a problem. Sometimes, however, the card takes more time to get there.
