You need emergency cash. Not entirely sure what that last part was about.
BUT, most credit card applications will offer a place for you to add a joint applicant (co-signer) in the normal application process.
I reccomend going through a bank, like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase Manhattan, or you can try Discover directly. Good luck!
