Let say you own the credit card companies money; but you just don’t wanna pay for some personal reason, but you got money in your bank account. Can they somehow get the money from your bank. Like by court order?

yes, if they get a court order, they can go to your bank and take everything in all your accounts up to the amount you owe them.

I am pretty sure they can get it from somehow if you have money in your bank account and just don’t wanna pay. I listed an item on ebay, but never paid the fees, they charged my bank account through my pay-pal account. So I think credit card companies can figure something out beside phone calls and dragging you in court.

If your credit card is issued by the same bank as your accounts then yes since you agreed to this when you opened your accounts.
If the cc company is a separate unit then they sue you in court, get a court judgment against you then freeze your bank accounts and or garnishee you pay.

The credit card company can sue, win a judgment, then use that judgment to attach any bank account with your name on it, even if none of the funds belong to you. They can also garnish your wages and lien property.

Some credit companies are very aggressive in collecting and will sue for even a small balance (Capital One for example. Many collection agencies that buy defaulted credit card accounts are also going to court.
