    Pre-paid is the only way.

    Nope, the only way you’ll get that is to steal one. Some banks might approve you, but it takes time to actually produce the card and mail it to you.

    Pre Paid is about the only way you will get one today. Others as you stated, can take weeks.

    If you need credit card to buy something online then,
    Borrow from someone, Ask your friends/relative to give you and you pay them cash the amount you will use.

    I have done this method before.

    Yes! If you apply for a store’s credit card and are approved instantly they will usually give you your card number on the spot so that you can use it today in their store! The cashier will just punch in the number instead of having to slide the card.
