how do I contact my credit card service?

I tried the China number provided by www.visa.com, and www.mastercard.com, none of them works. Both type of cards has collect call number, but how could I make the collect calls in China without paying international fees? The chinese operator has no idea how to do that. AT&T used to have such service, but they stopped it as I know.

    Should be a number on the back of the card or your billing statement.

    Look at the back of your credit cards, they always have the number for them there, or like Manson Freak said, on your billing statements.

    there is always a toll free number at the back of the credit card..another is to look for the office of VISA in China..
