    Contact your local bank and they will send you a Visa or Master Card application. Contact American Express for the same.

    Most websites have a contact us or similar option. Or there is probably an 800 number listed on the website. Call them and I am sure they will be happy to send you an application.

    Go to your local bank and once you apply for one you will get up to three a day wanting you to go in debt. Don’t be caught up in the credit card frenzy and eventually not be able to pay for what you buy!!
