    I know that when you are shopping for car loans and mortgages the fico gives you a break.
    They gather all the inquiries that you made in 6 weeks and count them as one.
    Not sure if the same is with credit cards, but very well could be.
    Also, inquiries are not more than 10% of your fico, and you would probably need a lot to affect this.
    I would not wait to re-apply.
