I keep getting a reoccurring charge on my credit card from a company who i have specifically told to cancel my subscription several times from whom of which i have several cancellation reference numbers, i told my credit card company to stop paying them and they did for one month then they started again…and keep asking me to get more cancellation numbers…
What’s the action of telling your credit card company to stop called? and any advice or help on what i can do about either damn company?

Close the credit card.
You can take your case to the Better Business Bureau and I’m sure they can totally help you against the Co. that’s charging that subscription. That’s why I prefer to go to the bank and make the deposit myself and pay for what I want instead of getting a ton of cancellation numbers, this system is getting so old and sloppy
cancel the card. open a new account and transfer the balance from the first card.
and change the bank on which the account is drawn.
