If in 20 years he finds himself a ho, he can leave you, and since that house is under his name only (pre-marriage) it belongs to him. Any assets you have before marriage can not be touched by divorce. A prenup prevents future assets (after marriage) from being touched, like income and earnings from investments. / Don’t let him buy a house before you get married under his name only.
