I received a credit card offer from Union Workers Credit Services how legitimate is this? Any complaints?

credit card services
crhirth@sbcglobal.net asked:

They want me to send $37.00 as a yearly fee. I have always discard any offers that ask for money upfront, or that have a yearly fee. However the intrest rate of 5% is a big plus. Does it keep that low interest rate? Does it go higher later? There was no information or terms enclosed which also makes me leery of this offer.

Union Workers Credit Services appears to be a legitimate company. Annual fees are not unusual. If you received an offer in the mail, look at the back of the paperwork. Credit card companies are required by law to disclose the terms of the agreement. It is very likely that your rate is only good for a short time and it would require you to make all payments on time or you would lose the rate. If there is an offer code, you can go to there website and check them out.
