just use it say once a month n pay off in full each month, it will look good on ur credit file

Is the site below the one you need? Almost all sites have a “contact us” link. Usually at the bottom of the web page but also located on other parts of the page. Click on that and it will open your e-mail and you can tell them what you want to do. Don’t be surprised if they ignore you e-mail.
I won’t do business with any company that does not post their phone number on their web site. If I can’t talk to a human, I won’t do business with them.

next time you call . listen to the prompts and when it says are you reporting a lost or stolen card, hit that menu button. You will get a live person. I do it when frustrated with all the nonsense on the 800 number. And if you have a prepay phone, go to a phone booth, or a friends house and use the 800 number.
