NO. Even if your credit card company lets you make a payment today, they would not make it available until the Next Business day. Which would be Monday. But most do not process payments on weekends so that would mean that it would not get processed until Monday and be made available until Tuesday.
Maxing out your credit card is not a good thing. But one thing you can try is to see if you can make a payment by phone and request that they increase your limit to allow the purchase to go through. Depending on your payment history they may do this for you.

It all depends on your credit card company. Some companies like capital one will post payments same day and funds may be avail later that day even on the weekend or you can call and ask them if they can make it available. Of course it has to be done by a specific time for those conditions to apply. Again double check will your credit cards payment/availability options.
