I suggest that you open a bank account that has a mastercard or visa DEBIT card attached. This card works like a credit card but only on your own money which must be in your bank account when you do the transaction to send the flowers overseas. Works like a credit card but without the fees and interest charged by a credit provider – because you are using your own money costs a lot less.

I suggest asking at a local florist to see if they can do so, or make a recommendation. Otherwise, ask a friend with a credit card to make the order for you, and pay them with cash (get a receipt!)
