How do they work? How much money do you need to use them ( bills )? I will be using it mostly on pay later options, and I DO plan on paying it off.

Usually your credit score is based off of previous payments. So once a credit card or a bill register I would guess it start out as the max for a credit score because you haven’t established any debt.
Get a credit card from local bank and pay it in time. You also can use this service to avoid common mistakes while buiding credit and pre-estimate future scores for different scenarios of payments – creditreport.imess.net
