    Check out this site to learn more about credit cards:

    Most credit cards give you an interest free grace period between the date of purchase and the due date, IF you pay the balance in full. If you don’t carry balances, you don’t pay any interest. If you don’t pay the balance in full, interest will be added to the next statement.
